Tulip AI
Shop-floor AI built into Tulip's frontline platform: copilot features plus configurable agents over production apps.
Who it's for
Operations or data teams who already keep plant context in Tulip. Most of these products do not speak a field bus themselves.
Caveat / limitations
Tulip describes Frontline Copilot and native AI as part of the operations platform, not a separate PLC tool. Agents are configurable inside Tulip apps. Tulip says models run through Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock, customer environments are isolated, and customer data is not used to train third-party models. It can be turned off. It does not generate IEC 61131-3 for a controller.
Protocols
No field protocol or IEC language is claimed. If this tool reaches a PLC, it does so through something else already named in the notes.
