AVEVA Industrial AI Assistant
Natural-language assistant over CONNECT data, with permission checks and source-linked answers.
Who it's for
Operations or data teams who already keep plant context in AVEVA. Most of these products do not speak a field bus themselves.
Caveat / limitations
AVEVA's October 2024 description: a question-and-answer assistant on CONNECT that returns process values, summaries, dashboards, trends, and documents. Answers are limited to the signed-in user's permissions and include citations. AVEVA says it is not trained on customer data. It is an operations search assistant, not a controls programmer. CONNECT is a commercial AVEVA cloud.
Protocols
No field protocol or IEC language is claimed. If this tool reaches a PLC, it does so through something else already named in the notes.
